This is the Driver and Passenger Front HATCH Set from DTBoxDividers.com to compliment the Cargo Management Solution in your 2019-2024 w/ 5′ 7″ box Ram 1500 Pickup Truck equipped with RamBox. These are for the new body style 5th Generation (DT) Ram Pick-up Trucks. We expanded on our proven DIVIDERS and Rear HATCH sets to produce the Driver and Passenger Front HATCH Set. If you have already bought our Rear HATCH Set, this will complete your HATCH system. Our hatches are made from black ABS plastic and feature an access hole to easily lift them to reach your lower bins. It’s amazing what you could put below the Hatches. The Hatches in this is system is designed with “play” because we found that the plastic liners of the RamBox can swell and shrink a bit with changes in weather, some “play” or wiggle is intentional. This cargo management system was designed and manufactured here in the United States and is yet another offering from our growing family owned business.
This is a 2 piece system that includes:
1 smaller front Driver side Hatch
1 smaller front Passenger side Hatch
We make all of our dividers out of 1/4″ ABS plastic. ABS offers a good balance of impact, heat, chemical and abrasion resistance, dimensional stability, tensile strength, surface hardness, rigidity and electrical characteristics. ABS plastic remains hard, rigid and tough at low and high temperatures. One Side is a textured finish (up) and the other side (down) is smooth. The smooth or ‘down’ side comes to us with surface scratches from the manufacturing process.
